How did attending the Local Women's Voices for Peace econference impact participants' peace practice and knowledge? Through a survey and group interview, this study examined how participating in this event as part of the organizing team, presenter or participant informed practice and knowledge. The Local Women's Voices for Peace econference brought together over 100 speakers from around the world and hundreds of participants from over 90 countries to discuss women, peace and security as it relates to the everyday lives of people, in particularly women, in their communities. This event marked the 20th Anniversary of United Nations Community Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security.

 How are women involved in their communities and what have they learned to support their community peace work? This feminist ethnography examined the lived experiences of over 30 women in rural southern Manitoba, Canada as part of my doctorate research.

Women's work and leadership in community peacebuilding is vital to communities, societies and the women themselves. This feminist narrative study explored the first person lived experiences of 10 women from 10 countries and their work and dreams for community peacebuilding.
